Is your community ready for an investor?

Ten questions about what an investor checks first when choosing a location for production. Answer honestly: only you see the result, and we store nothing.

  1. Does the community have a development strategy updated in the last three years, with a list of specific projects?
  2. Is there at least one vacant plot of 2 ha or more zoned for manufacturing or warehousing?
  3. Do you know the exact available power and gas capacity near that plot, in kW and m³?
  4. Is there a paved road to the plot that can take trucks?
  5. Is ownership or the right to use the plot registered and free of court disputes?
  6. Is there one person in the community responsible for investors who answers an email in English within a day?
  7. Do you have an investment profile or presentation of the community in English with up-to-date figures?
  8. Can you name 2–3 sectors in which your community is stronger than its neighbours?
  9. Do you know how many workers with the right skills are available within 30–40 km?
  10. Has at least one new investor come to the community in the last five years?
